First Phase
Start with a free 20-minute video-call to better understand your particular needs and how I can help.
Second Phase
Together, we will set your therapy goals and develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific concerns.
Final Phase
We will dig deeper into your goals! The ultimate goal is for you to get all the tools you need to independently handle your difficulties. The purpose of therapy is to eventually end, with a stronger, more mindful version of YOU.
