Not everything fits neatly into categories or labels. Your experience is valid even when it doesn’t fit into a clear “box”!
Therapy is not only for “big problems”! Many people delay seeking support because they believe their struggles are not “serious enough.” In reality, therapy can be helpful at many different points in life, including times of transition, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm. You do not need to wait until things become unmanageable to ask for support. A space to slow down and understand yourselfTherapy offers a space where you can pause from daily demands and reflect on what you are experiencing. This may include thoughts, emotions, patterns, or questions about yourself and your life. There is no expectation to present yourself in a certain way or to already know what needs to change. Working at your paceWe work together at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. Some sessions may focus on practical strategies, while others may focus more on understanding emotional experiences or patterns over time. Both are part of the process. You don’t need to do this alone! Whatever brings you here, you are welcome to reach out. Even if you are unsure whether therapy is the right step, that uncertainty can be something to explore together.
